Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of software purchased through our store.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
