How will I receive my license key?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your license key, product number, and a link to download the official QuickBooks Desktop installer directly from Intuit's servers.
If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at contact@quickgreetings.shop with your order number.
Will I receive a physical box or CD?
No. Every license we sell is a digital product — there is no physical shipment. You'll receive your license key and the official installer download link by email within 24 hours of purchase.
Are your software licenses legitimate?
Yes. The license keys we sell are genuine, verified Intuit license keys that activate official QuickBooks Desktop software. You download the installer directly from Intuit — we do not provide modified, cracked, or unofficial software.

Does QuickBooks Desktop work on Mac?
QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus 2024 is specifically designed for macOS (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma) and supports Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) as well as Intel processors.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, Premier Plus, and Enterprise editions are Windows-only (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit). They do not run natively on macOS.
What if my license key does not activate?
In the rare event that a license key does not activate, contact us immediately at contact@quickgreetings.shop with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error. We will provide a replacement key or a full refund within 24–48 hours.
Do I need an internet connection to use QuickBooks?
An internet connection is required during the initial activation of your license. After activation, QuickBooks Desktop runs entirely offline — no internet connection is needed for day-to-day bookkeeping.
How many computers can I install QuickBooks on?
Each license is valid for the number of users stated in the product title. A '1 User' license can be installed on one computer. A '3 Users' license allows installation on up to three computers for simultaneous use.
Installing a 1-user license on more than one computer simultaneously is a violation of Intuit's EULA and our Terms of Use.
Can I upgrade from Pro Plus to Premier Plus or Enterprise later?
Yes. Your QuickBooks company file can be opened in a higher edition at any time without data loss. Simply purchase the higher edition license from our store and install it — your data carries over automatically.
Is there a subscription fee after I purchase?
No. All licenses sold on our store are one-time purchases with no monthly or annual fees. You own the software perpetually and can use it as long as your operating system remains compatible.
What support do I get?
Your purchase includes 1 year of technical support from us for activation and delivery issues. For questions about using QuickBooks features (accounting, reporting, payroll), Intuit's support resources and community forums are available at quickbooks.intuit.com/support.
Do you help with installation?
Yes. Every order includes the official Intuit installer link and setup instructions, and our support team can walk you through installation or activation by email if you run into issues.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. We do not currently add sales tax at checkout — the price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Can I return the software if I change my mind?
Because these are digital products, sales are final once your license key has been delivered, except for the specific situations covered in our Refund Policy (a key that fails to activate, a duplicate charge, or the wrong product ordered and reported within 24 hours).
